- Requirements

• High school graduated or above
• Certification in hospitality or wine is preferable
• Experience in F&B Director level for at least 8 years in 5 star hotel, and 20 years Food and Beverage/and or Culinary experience
• Experience in wine management at least 5 years in 5 star hotel
• Excellent verbal communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Familiar with the Macau Labour Market
• Strong customer service orientation
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsibilities
-
• To prepare the departmental annual budget
• To assist in menu planning and pricing
• Timely analysis of Food & Beverage Prices in relation to competition
• Consistent check of Restaurant, Bars, Banquet Food and Beverage quality
• Achievement of budgeted food sales, beverage sales, labour costs and profitability
• Work with the culinary team, Restaurant Managers and Sommelier to ensure all arrangements and details are dealt with
• Liaise on an on-going basis with the Sales Department to ensure all client needs and requirements will be met
• Responsible for staff training and development
