Position: Senior Manager - Premium Guest Development

Requirements: • Bachelor Degree in Business, Tourism, Hotel, Sales Management or related disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in the area of Player Development / Casino Marketing and Hospitality industry
• Good understanding of all aspects of management within casino operations in large scale casino hotel
• Good knowledge of gaming management and customer services management
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Responsibilities: • Responsible for developing and supervising the performance of Guest Development team
• Interviewing and hiring new members of the Guest Development team
• Achieve specific targets and revenue goals by developing new and existing players
• Facilitates the flow of information throughout the Guest Development area
• Provide a maximum level of guest service to potential patrons
• Perform market research and competitor analysis
• Maintain accurate database
• Assist to support special property events
• Other duties as assigned
