Department: Occupational Safety and Health

Requirements: • High school graduated or above
• 2 years or above experience in Occupational Safety and Health and practice in hospitality industries preferred
• Completed the course of DSAL Construction Safety Supervisor (150hrs) or Occupational Safety and Health Officer (144hrs) as required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Teamwork, well organized and motivated.
Responsibilities: • Assist the Manager with the department work assignment
• Maintain a good communication and coordination with internal departments for all safety issues
• Ensure health and safety information and actions are taken in each department consistently.
• Ensure that all accidents are documented, investigated and recommended improvements implemented
• Conduct periodical safety inspections of workplace safety and health.
• Assist to deliver health and safety training program
• Organize and assist in safety activities and exercises.
• Produce the safety reports, such as safety performance report, inspection report, summary of accidents/incidents reports, incident investigation report, etc.
• Manage records in system, maintenance and retention of safety related documents.
