- Requirements
-
• Degree or certification in Hospitality or equivalent
• With 5 years working experience in similar job role or minimum of 3 years’ Banquet Manager experience in 5 star hotel
• Excellent communication in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Able to multi - task and work in a fast - paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Diligent attention to detail and safety
- Responsibilities
-
• Responsible to manage the delivery of all Food & Beverage events and promotions
• Develop new customer accounts and grow clientele base through customer visits and sales presentation
• Analyze and forecast market trends in order to develop further strategies
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales report, presentation and etc.
• Handle all Food & Beverage inquiries and ensure timely follow up on the same business day
• Liaise closely and maintains effective relationship with customers, improving products and services to ensure guest's requests, preferences and expectations are being met
• Review on monthly events and promotion report and other relevant reports in establishing an overview of current on-the-book status against budget and past year performance in order to develop further strategies
• Ensures all Restaurant Events and Promotions are accurate with relevant information to be distributed correctly to concerned department in a timely manner
• Supervise all restaurant event set-up and service to maintain customer satisfaction
• Ensure a high level of exposure for the hotel with on-going sales effort through direct sales (sales visit to potential companies), telephone contact (cold call and courtesy call) and written communication (sharing of new package and promotions)
• Perform other job related duties as requested
