Requirements
• University degree, or at least a Diploma in Business Studies, Management, Marketing or a related field
• At least 1-3 years of work experience in marketing-related or customer service field
• Experience in the hotel, casino or integrated resort industries is preferred
• Strong visual merchandising background preferred
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong in written English and Chinese
• Experience in using membership systems, customer database management and service systems is preferred
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good PowerPoint and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure, energetic and enthusiastic
• Willing to work overtime, flexible and accommodating
Responsibilities
• Work closely with Procurement and external vendors on raising sourcing request and orders of redemption products/coupons to ensure sufficient supply and timely delivery of inventory items
• Maintain good relationship with inventory suppliers for supply of most updated/trendy inventory products
• Prepare processes for a smooth redemption process.
• Inventory management and execution include consolidating request from users, inventory ordering, stock arrival (including receiving of inventory, labeling, stock arrangement and placement, items display, stocks replenishment, stock maintenance, defect items return manually and systematically). Conduct regular stock check with Audit
• Involve in system testing when necessary to ensure the system supports the loyalty program strategy
• Conduct competitors research and ongoing competitors review and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of the program
• Communicate with Marketing Services and Digital Marketing team and manage content upload at various channels to promote the Loyalty Program through different advertising channels
• Assist to prepare and conduct program briefing internally for operation/supporting department, and externally for leased retail partners, suppliers and external partners and SME on the Loyalty Program and execution of direct redemptions, direct offers and promotions
• Work closely with leased retailers and FIN for timely and accurate financial settlement for inventory products and direct redemptions
