Requirements
• High school graduated or above
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in Stewarding operations
• Good in spoken and written Cantonese & Mandarin, English skills is a plus
• Basic computer and system skills
• Able to work on shift
• Stand for long period of time
• Able to communicate effectively with coworkers
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Diligent attention to safety and detail
• Good body coordination or the general ability to move with adequate speed and agility to perform the job tasks
Responsibilities
• Monitoring all duties including sweeping, mopping, washing, equipment set up and cleaning chemicals usage, etc.
• Perform day-to-day back-of-house operations, including proper use and cleaning of dish room machinery, service ware, equipment, and stewarding areas
• Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas in order to ensure efficient service and conformance to standards
• Ensure adequate supplies, equipment, tools, and uniforms are available for staff
• Control inventories of equipment and all wares and report shortages to designated personnel
• Maintain proper storage of table ware items in accordance to food hygiene manual
• Maintained complete knowledge of table ware use in all F&B outlets and banquets
• Ensure adherence to food hygiene, safety and fire procedures
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors
