• Diploma's degree or above in Hotel Management or related disciplines
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in stewarding operations in 5 star hotel, including minimum of 5 years in managerial role
• Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin & English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers

- Responsibilities
-
• Overseeing all aspects of kitchen and restaurant utility operations, ensuring efficient and compliant stewarding services in alignment with established schedules, sanitation standards, and safety procedures
• Manage daily kitchen utility operations including dish room operations, night cleaning, back dock maintenance and banquet plating
• Inspects supplies, equipment, and work areas in order to ensure efficient service and conformance to standards
• Order and manage necessary supplies, including uniforms, cleaning agents, equipment, and tools, while maintaining existing materials
• Control inventory of equipment and all wares, and review inventory reports
• Enforce proper use and cleaning procedures for dish room machinery, service ware, equipment, stewarding areas
• Ensure all stewarding staff receive proper training in safety, sanitation, equipment handling, and chemical usage
• Monitor staff compliance with loss prevention policies to prevent accidents and control costs
• Maintained complete knowledge of tableware use in all F&B outlets and banquets
• Develop and maintain all department control procedures and manual
• Control departmental expenses to meet or exceed performance, budget, and team goals
• Ensure adherence to food hygiene, safety and fire procedures
• Identifies opportunities for improvement and implements strategic enhancements across all properties
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors
