Position: Technician
Department: Slot Operations

Requirements: • High School graduated or above, with a preference for relevant qualifications in Slot technical
• Holding the IPM Gaming centre’s Electronic gaming technical training certification or Electronic gaming technical advanced training certification is required
• 1 year’s Electronic Gaming technician experience is advance
• Basic computer and system skills
• Good in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin & English
• Able to work on shift
• Good teamwork and able to work independently
Responsibilities: • To conduct maintenance and repair of electronic components to support the ongoing development of slot machines and business digitalization
• Provide technical support for slot machines and smart devices within designated areas, ensuring a high-quality equipment experience
• To collaborated with the technical team to carry out various on-site responsibilities, including warehouse dispatch, transportation, game or software updates, and assisting with slot machine inspection and testing tasks
• Ensure sufficient supply of parts required for maintenance and maintained cleanliness within the workshop area to achieve optimal operational efficiency
• Maintain effective communication with departmental colleagues to promote teamwork
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors
