Position: Senior Analyst - Business Solution

Requirements: • Degree holder in Computer Science, Business or Information Technology related fields a minimum
• Minimum 2 years of working experience, with minimum 2 years working in information technology business application support
• Any Business Related or Technology Related certifications a plus
• Hospitality and / or gaming working experience is a plus
• Hospitality or gaming application knowledge is a plus
• Knowledge in project management and SDLC is a plus
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Fluent in Cantonese & Chinese speaking
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
• Possess of good analytical skill and be detail oriented
• Good communication skills
• With Self-motivated and strong inter-personal skills working in a team
• Process and performance minded with strong sense of discipline
Responsibilities: • Work with business departments to understand all existing business operations and processes, and future business strategies
• Collect the business application system issues, and consolidate for the management troubleshooting
• Work under the supervision of senior staffs to keep track all activities within the assigned projects, this includes but not limited to resource time tracking, budget spending and materials used
• Assist IT and business users in documentation
