Position: Surveillance Operator

Requirements: •High school diploma or above
•Proficiency in MS office
•Good report writing skill
•Good communication skill, fluent in Cantonese, fair in English
•Able to work on shift
Responsibilities: •Operate CCTV / digital equipment to conduct surveillance of all casino gaming areas
•Conduct routine surveillance monitoring and reviewing CCTV footage to detect suspicious and illegal activity throughout casino and gaming areas
•Complete all documentation and electronic records for evidence, reporting and record keeping
•Delivering outcomes as a result of application to Surveillance duties undertaken
•Detect inaccuracies and illegal activities
•Take precautions to avoid any loss, damage or accident
•Report all emergencies and violations to management
•Assist and perform of the work arranged by duty supervisor and manager
