Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher is required, with a major in Public Relations, Journalism, Political Science, Corporate Communications, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 7 years or more of experience in corporate affairs, Community or government relations, or public relations, including at least 3 years of team management experience
• Outstanding strategic thinking capability, capable of formulating macro-level community development and tech innovation policies for the company
• Extensive social networks with solid cooperative foundations established with government departments, community leaders, and technology industry executives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to translate complex policies into clear internal and external communication content
• Strong crisis management and decision-making abilities to lead teams toward objectives in complex and dynamic environments
• Strong leadership potential and problem-solving skills, capable of independently handling emergencies and allocating cross-departmental resources
• Proven crisis management capabilities, exceptional cross-cultural communication skills, and a strong network of industry resources
• High resilience and flexibility to adapt to irregular or dynamic working schedules
Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain robust relationships with government agencies, industry associations, and public communities to create a favorable external environment for the company's business expansion
• Plan and host various community PR events, open houses, and public welfare programs to shorten the distance between the company and the local community, building a positive corporate citizen image
• Lead the development and execution of crisis communication strategies, effectively identifying potential risks and protecting the company's brand image
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to formulate and communicate a clear, consistent corporate narrative, covering Community Relationship and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs
• Establish and deepen partnerships with local community leaders, non-profit organizations, and charitable institutions to precisely align community development needs with the company's social responsibility direction
• Monitor and analyze changes in relevant policies, regulations, and industry trends, providing timely strategic advice and compliance insights to the executive team
• Assist in managing department budgets to ensure expenditures and sponsorship for community and projects comply with financial requirements
