- Requirements

• Bachelor degree or certification in hospitality or related disciplines
• Minimum of 8 years restaurant operations experience in 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant. Japanese fine dining experience preferred
• Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to multi - task and work in a fast - paced environment
• Diligent attention to detail and safety
• Holders of a recognized sake certification are preferred
- Responsibilities

• Uphold hotel service standards and brand reputation
• Supervise team, provide feedback to team in the daily operation to ensure achieving service quality that exceeds expectations
• Actively build and maintain strong relationships guests; handle pre- and post-dining communications to foster long-term loyalty
• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service - oriented manner
Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure total satisfaction
• Assist in the development of marketing initiatives, menu items, and other items to stimulate growth in sales for each outlet and a variety of latest market developments
Partner with culinary team on promotions, special events and seasonal menus based on market trends
• Total receipts and balance against sales, deposit receipts, and lock facility at end of day
Assist in controlling budgeted/forecasted revenues, labor costs, and product expenses to maximize profitability
• To keep well - versed and updated with Forbes standards for hotels and restaurants; work together with Training and Development team to analyses reports and plan strategies to achieve the 5 - Star rating for Forbes
• Personally drive staff training and development to achieve the standards at every level
Attends meetings and training sessions as and when required
• Perform other job related duties as requested
