Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance / BA or related disciplines
• Preferably over 5 years of experience in casino credit and collections, in which 3 years experience in supervisory role
• High level of accuracy, in depth knowledge of casino credit operations and AML & regulatory knowledge
• Strong understanding of credit analysis principles and risk assessment
• Proficient in MS Office
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
• Excellent customer services skills
• Strong ethics and reliability
Responsibilities
• Assist in managing the casino’s credit program, evaluate credit applications by analyzing credit reports, bank references, etc.
• Prepare credit proposal for Management’s review
• Ensure the compliance of the Company’s credit policies, authorization & standard operations procedures, and Anti-Money-Laundering (AML) policies
• Work closely with other departments to monitor player credit activity
• Train and supervise junior staffs, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
• Prepare routine reports on credit approval, collections and account status for management and regulatory bodies as required
• Assist with the collection process for outstanding repayment, and maintain accurate and detailed records of all collection activities and communications
