Position: Technician - Multi-media, Grand Hall
Department: Corporate Brand and Marketing
Working Location: Taipa / Cotai

Requirements: • Bachelor Degree or above in Multimedia Technology and related field
• Minimum of 1 years working experience in operations and maintenance of audio visual or multi-media equipment
• Experience with lighting and audio used for headline entertainment and production shows
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Flexibility to work any day of the week and any shift
Responsibilities: • Prepare multimedia equipment, systems and materials for distribution and operation; produces, edits
and duplicates multimedia materials
• Install equipment and systems; assists in developing equipment specifications and design
• Prepare recommendations and schedules for equipment maintenance and replacement
• Ensure operational readiness of equipment and distribution systems, troubleshoots and repairs minor
problems, performs preventive maintenance etc
• Provide on-site support to all users’ department and 3rd party vendor
• Instruct others on the usage of equipment and systems; develops training materials and schedules; develops / modifies operational manuals
• Report major issue to superior
