Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Business or related discipline
• Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience, with a preference for candidates with experience in event organization and business promotion
• Proficient in MS Office
• Knowledge Macau labor law and legislations
• Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English, able to perform real-time oral interpretation as well as proofreading in Japanese (Preferred Qualifications)
• Good interpersonal skills and self-motivation
• Detail-oriented and strong sense of responsibilities
• Have a well-groomed, professional appearance
Responsibilities
• Assist draft business development plans and execute follow-up actions
• Be responsible for coordinating all image and advertising-related work within the business scope
• Develop new service routes through research and analysis, target customer groups, etc., to explore new routes and acquire new customers
• Daily communication, document proofreading and business promotion with overseas vendor
• Coordinate and execute activities related to travel services department
• Perform a variety duties such as drafting and typing routine correspondence, arranging meetings and taking minutes
• Collect, organize and store information using computers and filling systems
