Requirements: • Diploma or above in IT / Communications / Electronics / Mechanical / Electrical or Audio Visual Engineering and or any AV technology training related field
• Minimum of 6 years supervisory experience in the field of audio visual and entertainment/ show business, negotiating production contracts, including large scale arenas set-up
• Experience with lighting and audio used for headline entertainment and production shows
• Experience with modern theatrical scenery equipment including steel structures, wood coverings, plastics, installation and troubleshooting
• Deep experience in theatrical fabrication and the ability to read and understand blueprints
• Strong project leadership, management skills
• Must have the cognitive ability to deal effectively with people under high demanding conditions
Responsibilities: • Source and develop high-performing entertainment technology to enhance the value of the systems
• Manage technical production requirements for audio, video, lighting for customers
• Coordinate and design the programme planning; evaluating and scheduling new and revised AV systems software and configuration
• Develop safety SOPs for staff especially for handling the use and storage of equipment and chemicals
• Manage service contracts, monitor and evaluate their performances
• Develop with vendors the configuration chart of all systems
• Review the performance goals and objectives with Operation team regularly
• Plan the daily scheduled operation and maintenance workflow chart
• Create and maintain stock inventory tracking system, and to require for maintenance, spare parts, replacement etc where necessary
