• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• Preference for relevant professional qualifications/certificates in TOGAF/Certified Enterprise Architect, PMI Project Management Professional/Scrum Master, or business/technology-related certifications
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience in IT Solution Manager/Analyst or similar role
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, focusing on delivering practical and innovative solutions
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with marketing teams, IT professionals, and external vendors
• Demonstrate leadership and team development skills, with a focus on defining best practices for continual improvement
• Possess strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and performance-driven
• Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance
• Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin & English
- Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing teams to understand business needs, objectives, and marketing strategies
• Analyze marketing processes, identify pain points, and recommend IT solutions to enhance efficiency and customer experience
• Design and develop IT solutions aligned with marketing goals, including marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
• Manage the implementation of IT solutions, working closely with business departments, IT, and external vendors
• Conduct regular reviews of marketing systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices, recommending their integration
• Ensure marketing technology solutions meet data security, privacy, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing systems with enterprise systems
• Provide training and support to marketing teams on effective use of IT solutions
• Monitor and analyze performance of marketing technology systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions
• Follow IT internal processes, policies, and procedures
• Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, service level agreements, and performance evaluations
• Stay informed about industry regulations related to marketing technology, privacy, and data governance
• Provide mentorship and supervise the team of solution analysts
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors
