Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Preference for relevant professional qualifications/certificates in business or technology-related certifications
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in information technology business application support
• Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin & English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge in project management and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) preferred
Responsibilities: • Collaborate with business departments to understand existing business operations and processes
• Act as the owner of business application issues, working with IT team members, vendors, or contractors to resolve issues promptly
• Document and report the status of outstanding business application issues
• Assist internal and external project managers in documenting business and functional requirements for application projects and enhancements
• Assist business users in documenting business cases for application projects and enhancements
• Follow IT internal processes, policies, and procedures
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors
