Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above; Major in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related discipline is preferred
• Minimum 8 years working experience in HR Management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• With qualification or certificate related to Human Resources or Compensation, benefits is preferred
• Familiar with Macau Labor Law and supplementary regulations
• Proficient in compensation benchmarking and market intelligence research
• Skilled in designing and implementing Compensation & Benefits policies and procedures
• Proficient in operating compensation management system
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and project management skills
• Proficient in spoken and written both Chinese and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
• Manage compensation frameworks, salary structures, and incentive plans
• Responsible for monitoring and benchmarking prevailing market intelligence to ensure the company’s Compensation & Benefits’ policies, plans, programs and practices maintain a competitive market position
• Manage the Compensation & Benefits programs including but not limit to the development of position evaluations, salary benchmarking, and salary proposals for new hire, re-designation, promotion or transfers
• Communicate and align Compensation & Benefits policies and programs with other Human Resources teams, management and employees
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate benefit contracts
• Implement annual salary review and bonus cycles
• Consolidate information and develop the reports and analyses to be used for management decision making
• Perform other duties assigned by superiors
