Requirements: • Primary school graduated or above
• Preference for relevant professional qualifications/certificates in electromechanical skills
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in installation, maintenance, and modification of mechanical, Plumbing & Draining, HVAC, electrical equipment, or related mechanical and electrical equipment
• Work in all company properties
• Ability to work in dust, high noise, and bright light conditions
• Ability to respond to visual and auditory signals
• Must be able to work in shifts
Responsibilities: • Guide and lead subordinates in executing regular inspections and testing of electromechanical installations and necessary periodic inspections of non-electromechanical devices
• Guide and lead subordinates in executing maintenance work orders and ad hoc tasks during duty hours, including maintenance, repair, replacement, and modification of electromechanical devices, and complete related reports
• Guide and lead subordinates in executing emergency, unexpected, or ad hoc tasks during both on-duty and off-duty hours, including non-specialized work
• Guide and lead subordinates in executing and strictly adhering to departmental standards for the maintenance, repair, and inspection of mechanical and electrical installations, ensuring that equipment operates at maximum efficiency
• Assist superiors in the handover of old and new facilities and supervise contractor' work
• Maintain cleanliness in the workshop, machine room, and work areas, to ensure the safety and tidiness
• Participate in various skill training and accident prevention drills, and undergo assessments by superiors
• Guide and lead subordinates in accordance with the requirements of the maintenance and repair plan, inspecting the operational status of various facilities, recording data, and completing inspection reports. Additionally, perform maintenance, repairs, replacements, and modifications on various mechanical and electrical devices, while providing technical guidance to subordinates. If any abnormalities or immediate hazards are detected during inspections, temporary measures should be implemented, and report to superiors immediately
• Guide subordinates in the correct use of maintenance equipment and ensure safe operations
• Instruct subordinates in the proper use of personal tools and conduct regular quality checks to ensure safety compliance
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors
