Position: Engineer - Auto Door System
Department: Electrical and Mechanical

Requirements: • High School Graduated or above, possess a higher level education in related majors is preferred
• Possession of at least 10 years’ work experience in maintenance and management of electromechanical devices and automatic door systems, including at least 5 years’ management experience of construction project in integrated resort in commercial buildings. Experience in five-star hotels is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings, product catalog, operating instructions and other engineering related drawings
• Possess a higher level electrical and mechanical professional skills certificate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, such as Project, Word and Excel
Responsibilities: • Supervise the regular inventory work and the public maintenance equipment of the responsible department, to ensure the quality and quantity amount of tools for subordinate team members is always keep in safe and high operate standard
• Lead subordinates to handle the urgent, unexpected and ad hoc works in the working or off-duty time, including the non-specialized jobs
• Analyze record data, submit work reports regularly
• Supervise, approve and coordinate the construction project work with outsourced construction company, and report the workmanship quality and progress to management
• Design the planning of various electromechanical repair and maintenance, outsourced construction process and the
• Design various mechanical and electrical repairs and maintenance, outsourcing engineering procedures and construction work scope
• Assist in formulate engineering technical training programs, training outline and material preparing, participate in the work of mentors, in order to improve the technical level of existing and new onboard employees
• Coordinate and to solve the problems of work procedures of venders, sub-contractors and consultant companies. Also to solve the issues of design, construction, inspection and delivery
