Position: Data Analyst & Programmer

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis with a focus on the casino and hotel industry
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Proven experience working with large and complex data sets
• Possess SQL certification (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle SQL), Power BI certification, Tableau Desktop Specialist or higher certification is a plus
• SAS Certified Base Programmer or higher certification is a plus
• Proficient in SQL, SSIS, Tableau, SAS, and RDBMS
• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes
• Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and data visualization tools
Responsibilities: • Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets from various sources, such as customer transactions, demographics, and operational data
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business stakeholders
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth and optimization in the casino and hotel industry
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing data quality checks and validation processes
• Maintain and enhance existing data analysis tools and develop new ones as needed
