• Ideally communication fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin. English skills is a plus
• Able to work on shift
Responsibilities: • Understand the operation and service standards of the hotel service department
• Assist in handling and responding to room reservation records; Record room reservation matters, and conduct document management
• Understand system operation and formulate procedures to assist in the check-in and check-out process of guests
• Provide guests and visitors with information about hotel facilities and local restaurants, events and attractions
• Assist to handle tickets selling such as flight, ferry, movie and theatre
