Requirements
• University degree, or at least a Diploma in Business Studies, Management, Marketing or related field
• Minimum 5 years working experience in Macau casino, hotel or resort and good business network
• Must possess a strong work ethic and be a hands-on and results-oriented leader who is committed and determined to achieve established goals and objectives
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good in written English and Chinese
• Proficient in Mircosoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and experience in using Intra-Extranet
• Strong knowledge in Chinese culture and gaming industry
• Must be comfortable working with various marketing and service technology systems
Responsibilities
• Plan and execute all partnership & resort promotions
• Planning and coordinating with relevant departments & production companies on logistics preparation for all trade shows & road shows in line with the approved participation plan in an effort to drive business
• Networking and building good relationship with the Macau Government Tourist Office and joining their regional and overseas roadshow where appropriate
• Develop a suitable promotions system module and carry out QA test prior to implementation
• Prepare pro-forma, budget estimates for all promotions for prior management approval
• Work closely with various external and internal marketing teams including Retails, Hotel, Food & Beverage, Casino and PR for advertising and communication initiatives to increase awareness and other logistics preparation for successful roll-out of the promotions
• Submit pre- and post-event reports as necessary and conduct post event analysis
• Support card members’ promotions as part of Loyalty Marketing & CRM initiatives
• Support the development of the guest database in Loyalty Marketing and strive to promote new membership enrollment through promotions
• Provide information and insight on competitors’ marketing and promotion efforts regularly
• Recommend short and long term division goals in yearly business and budget planning and tracking for respective division
• Conduct related training to the team members
