Position: Assistant Financial Controller (Non-Gaming Finance)
Department: Finance and Accounts
Working Location: Macau Peninsula

Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance / BA or related disciplines
• Minimum of 10 years of overall accounting and finance experience in hospitality industry, preferably
in international hotel chain
• Minimum of 5 years in a senior-level finance role and experience in leading, managing and developing finance and or accounting staff
• Membership of recognized accounting bodies would be an advantage (such as HKICPA, ACCA and CIMA preferred)
• Commercially oriented financial executive with a progressive career track record gained within hotel industry
• Demonstrated experience of controlling F&B, room revenue & expenditure is required
• Direct involvement in purchasing function is essential
• Proficient in MS Office
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Thorough understanding of business principles and practices
• Strong interpersonal skills to function effectively in multi-disciplinary environment
Responsibilities: • Manage all non-gaming accounting operations including GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
• Research technical accounting issues for compliance
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• To monitor and control the purchasing activities and inventories
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Additional controller duties as necessary
