Position: Supervisor - Training
Department: Slot Operations
Working Location: Taipa / Cotai

Requirements: • College Degree or equivalent working experience in related field
• Background in training or Gaming Diploma is an advantage
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Slot supervisory role in a large Casino environment and experienced in providing trainings
• Fluent in Chinese and English (read and write)
• Comprehensive Microsoft office skills (powerpoint especially) and strong writing skills
• Good understanding of all aspects and facets of Slot Operations including All Slot Products, Slot Management Systems, Slot Marketing Player Tracking and Performance Management
Responsibilities: • Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions for all new joined team members
• Work with Operations team for conducting new games training
• Work with Administration team and HR to arrange team members to attend company trainings
• Assist Compliance Manager to arrange annual AML training and assessment.
• Monitor and review trainings’ effectiveness periodically
• Manage training budget
