Requirements
• University graduate in Accounting / Business Administration / Information Technology or related disciplines
• 5 years of hands-on experience in ERP implementation, support or act as a key user, preferably with SAP or Oracle
• 5 years of hands-on experience in Hospitality system implementations such as property management system, POS, CRM, etc.
• 5 years of hands-on experience in RPA implementation with platforms such as UiPath, BlackLine, etc.
• Preference to experience in IT or Finance in integrated resorts environment
• Proficient in MS Office
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Passion for applying digital technologies to improve operational efficiency
• Willingness to take on new responsibilities and to expand system knowledge
• Good understanding of Change / Incident Management Processes
• Candidates with less experience and qualification will be considered as Business System Manager
Responsibilities
• Work closely with IT team and vendors to monitor and review project status, risks and issues on behalf of business users
• Collaborates with business subject matter experts to assess current processes and identifies opportunities for automation that increases efficiencies and reduces operational risk
• Ensure optimal scoping of projects, documenting of functional requirements and timely delivery of solutions
• Ownership of post-implementation maintenance and first line supports of system solutions
• Develop and manage the roadmap of process automation scripts
