Requirements
• Diploma holder or above, degree in business management is an advantage
• Minimum of 1 year working experience in a similar capacity
• Good in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Detail-oriented
• Strong computer skill (e.g. Microsoft Office) and familiar with hotel PMS (e.g. Opera, Delphi etc)
• Positive attitude and communication skills
• Good team player
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, creativity, understanding and Manage relationships with all stakeholders
• Understand, communicate and support corporate policies and guidelines
Responsibilities
• Handles group related logistics, ie. follow up group arrival / departure arrangements, arrival / departure time, rooming list and deposit etc
• Fully complies with Delphi operations and standards and make sure group related data are the most updated in Delphi
• Responsible for preparing and issuing of Group Resume to all concerned parties
• Maintain close working relationship with hotel operation teams to execute confirm groups in order to create a seamless experience to clients
• Handles incoming telephone calls and inquiries, conducts initial qualifying process and ensures timely and professional responses to clients
• Provide clerical support and assists the Sales Team for preparations of hotel inspections or walk-in inquiries
• Upkeeps departmental filing and tracing system for all sales related information and documents such as event orders, group resume, proposals, contracts, menus etc
• Maintains the highest standards of professionalism and compliance of established guidelines and standards related to the hotel
• Perform other assigned duties deemed necessary by the department head
