Position: Supervisor (Construction)

Requirements: • Diploma holder in engineering, building or relevant field
• 8 years' or above working experience in construction project
• Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints
Responsibilities: • Oversee all kind of A&A works & Improvement works in the construction phase
• Coordinate operations and supervise workers on construction sites
• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and planed schedule
• Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, etc. to identify project requirements
• Monitor site works and provide constructive feedback
• Allocate general and day-to-day responsibilities
• Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
• Logistics plan and control
• Implement all safety precautions and quality standards guidelines
• Resolve on-site issues and emergencies
