Position: F&B Supervisor
Department: Food and Beverage (Jai Alai Hotel)
Working Location: Macau Peninsula

Requirements: • Junior High School graduated or above
• Minimum of 5 years F&B related experience
• Good communication in Chinese; capable to communicate in English is an advantage
• Good communication skill
• Basic in Microsoft Office
• Required to work on shift
Responsibilities: • Supervision and guidance the employee daily operation, promotional products, coordinate operation
• Arrangement of manpower for each floor, responsible for following up the floor menu update and maintenance of various facilities
• Responsible for follow up floor equipment and environmental hygiene treatment
• Manage the daily operation, supervise service quality and product sales monitoring, new equipment asset transfer procedure
• Perform other job related duties as requested
