Requirements
• High school graduate
• Prefer of previous experience in customer service role
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to details
• Good communication skills with preference of fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
• Professional appearance and preferable minimum height at 1.75M
• Able to work on shift
• Standing for long duration
Responsibilities
• Provides prompt and efficient customer service to guests of Grand Lisboa Palace by ensuring all guests are addressed in a polite and courteous manner in arrival and departure status
• Maintains friendly, courteous and professional image to all guests
• Maintains knowledge of
- Features and services provided by the hotel
- Hours of operation of each restaurant and facilities
- Parking facilities, prices and procedures
- Basic information for gaming
• Be familiar with local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately
• Maintains the hotel lobby and driveway in clean and safe condition at all times
• In the absence of Bell and Doorman, escort guests to designated venues
• Monitors and maintains cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas
• Greets arriving guests/visitors; bid farewell to departing guests/visitors and invites them to return
• Accepts other duties and tasks assigned by Front Office Supervisors and Bell Captains
• Perform other duties within the hotel in order to meet the operational requirements
